Our Commitment

Serene Ear Care is committed to digital accessibility for all people, including those with disabilities. We continually improve the experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance

We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. While we strive for full compliance, some areas may not yet meet all criteria — we are actively working to address any gaps.

Measures Taken

  • Semantic HTML with proper headings, landmarks, and ARIA labels for screen reader compatibility.
  • Full keyboard navigation with visible focus states.
  • Animations respect the prefers-reduced-motion setting.
  • Sufficient colour contrast, descriptive alt text, responsive design up to 200% zoom, and a light/dark theme toggle.

Known Limitations

Third-party content such as the Cal.com booking widget and embedded maps may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. Some older blog images may lack fully descriptive alt text — we are updating these.
